I'm very pleased to announce that I will be offering some designer services beginning January 4, 2010. Below are details and pricing.

Quick Pages
Quick pages will be made using only the kit that you provide and will be made at the standard 300ppi. Standard QP size will be 12"x12" unless you ask for something different.

1-4 pages- $2.00/page
5+ pages- $2.50/page

Prices below reflect quick page sets that come with both 12"x12" AND 8.5"x11" sized pages for each layout.

1-4 pages- $3.00/page set
5+ pages- $3.50/page set

Brag Books
Brag books will be made only using the kit that you provide and will be made at the standard 300ppi. Standard brag book page size will be 4"x 6" unless you ask for a different rectangular size. There are two different pricing options to choose from for brag books.

OR
$12.00 for a 10 page brag book (10 pages include a front and back cover unless you state otherwise in your order)

Brag books of any shape other than a rectangular shape will be priced as follows:

So I told you about The Scrappy Kat's newest collab called "Snowy Night" and I thought I would share some pictures of the nice little snow 'storm' that we had yesterday (Saturday). We were only supposed to get an inch but we ended up with about 3 inches. Not a large storm by any means, but a nice one for the season's first snow. My kids and dogs LOVED it and nobody wanted to go inside for hot cocoa and lunch when the time came! Here are pictures from the front and rear porche

Here is what it looked like today. This stream runs just down from our house. The sky was soo gorgeous and the snow was still clinging to the trees. I felt like I was in a winter wonderland!!

How many of you are planning on participating in the Project 365 starting in January 2010?? I started P365 back in February when I first learned about it and only lasted about 2 months, but I am determined to do it this year. I have heard that doing the weekly layouts can be really hard to keep up with, so I'm thinking about doing some things ahead of time...like maybe templates and such. I've decided that I am going to do a 2 page layout every week and have a monthly "pre-cap" before each new month. So, in the comments tell me how you plan on doing your own P365 next year...just because I'm curious!!

Busy, Busy!

Whew! Sunday was a crazy day....typical Sunday for us tho. Usually we go to church in the morning, but the kids had really snotty noses and I didn't want them to get any of the other kids sick, so I stayed home with them (and slept) while Stephen went to church to sing. After church, we took the kids to a local farm to get pumpkins and some gourds. They had fun looking at all of the "balls" (LOL!!) and then we went to lunch. After nap time, we went to Awana. I'm racing a friend through the Sparks book and I finished my first 6 or 7 sections and received my rank patch for book 1 and also said Psalm 23 to earn my Truthscripts pin for that particular passage. ...and that was my busy, busy day!

Now I am working on the finishing details that will allow me to start offering designer services. I am very excited by this! Hopefully in the next week or two, I will be able to make the official announcement! Yay!!! :)

I found a super cute lollipop cover template and thought they'd be fun to decorate with The Scrappy Kat's "Lil' Ghosts and Goblins" kit. For those of you who might have missed the preview for it, here it is. Click on the kit's preview to be taken to the store.

I decided to go relatively simple with the lollipop covers seeing as there really isn't that much room on them. They will open in your program at 2.5" wide, so you'll have to shrink them to whatever width you want them to be. As usual, it is made at 300 dpi, so they will look fabulous once printed. :) Enjoy!!

I took a break today and started to catch up on the episodes of Vampire Diaries that I've missed. We don't have TV, so I hadn't seen any of them but alot of my Twilight addict friends (yes, I'm one of those people) have been talking about this series and I wanted to see what it was all about. The initial episodes are a bit on the slow side, but I like what I'm seeing so far. The writers have done their job...I'm already not liking Damon's character but loving Stefan's character. I am a romantic through and through.

I forgot to mention in most of the cocoa packet envelope postings that I used The Scrappy Kat's "Lil' Ghosts & Goblins" kit to make them. Traveling Tuesday

Today I am traveling the 2 1/2 hours to my parents' house for a visit. My dad was in the hospital the last time I was down there and he didn't get to see the kids, so I wanted to make sure the kids got some decent Pop-pop time before the weather got too nasty to make the trip down to their house. We've already gotten our first snow, so it's only a matter of time until the snow comes and actually stays on the ground. So, that's what my day is looking like. What's your day like??

Yes, I know...it's Monday. ...and I know that traditionally, Monday is the day that everyone groans because they have to go back to work. Well, this week in my house, today is second Sunday because this was a 4-day weekend for my husband. Isn't that neat? So, while my husband is working on the Jeep and being my neice's dental hygiene patient, I'll be clothing shopping a bit for my son and daughter and going to a Lia Sophia show. A Very, Very Long Day Today

Today was a very long day. We had an Awana conference in a town 2 hours away, so my husband and I were up at 5am and left the house a little after 6. We got to the church that the conference was being held at a little before 8 and then were in training meetings until 4pm. We finally arrived home and went to the sitter's house to pick up the kids at 7. So, I am completely exhausted and am going to bed early, thus the early freebie post. 100th post!...and pink hair!!!

Today a good friend and I went to Legendes Salon in Pittston, PA to get our pink extension put in for Pink Hair for Hope. I was sooo excited!! I think next year I will have them put the extension closer to the front of my hair, but I'm happy with the one I got this year. Here is a picture of my pink hair.

I also had my son, Luke, get his first hair cut. Here he is enjoying a cheeseburger after the whole salon experience. Apparently haircuts are good for working up an appetite.

The lady at the salon was soo impressed with my daughter, Maddie, as she sat patiently for everyone to get neato things done to their hair, that she offered to paint her finger nails free of charge! How nice was that!? This is the first time that Maddie's finger nails have been painted and she did soo well sitting there. Here is a picture of Maddie and the salon lady blowing on her nails.

What a wonderful day we had today! Oh!!...and we also had a little snow today! There was snow very close to us yesterday, but it never actually got to us. But today we had rain and snow mixed and we are supposed to have the same thing tomorrow and maybe even 1-3 inches by Sunday morning. I know that isn't much, but it is soo early in the season to have snow so it is kind of a big deal....that, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE snow!! :)

Anyways, here is today's freebie. It's the second cocoa packet in the collection that I've made (8 in total as of tonight). For those of you who aren't into giving cocoa for Halloween, I'm working on little lollipop tags that you may like. Many of us have been touched by cancer, in some form, in one way or another. That is why several Stuff To Scrap designers decided to collaborate to design the kit Rainbow of Hope. All proceeds from the sale of this kit and it's coordinating Quick Page Set will be donated to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Great effort was made not to exclude any forms of cancer in the making of this kit. The kit includes 60 papers, 76 elements and an alpha. There are awareness ribbons in each of the colors represented. The colors chosen for this kit represent the following forms of cancer.

Hey everyone! Sorry I took such a long break from the blog and from freebies, but I really needed it. Well, we are finally home. We were out of town since Friday for a family reunion. We had a good time, but it feels soo great to be home. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have a reliable internet connection. I spent the entire weekend connecting to someone's unsecured wireless network. The strength of the signal was horribly weak and I could barely get online long enough to post the freebies. I'm just happy I was able to get online long enough to do that much!
